Start your day with breakfast, then head out on a guided tour to explore the amazing UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Kathmandu Valley. First, visit the famous Pashupatinath temple, a really important place for Hindus to come and pray. It’s one of the top spots in Nepal for pilgrims. Next, go to Boudhanath Stupa, which is the biggest Buddhist stupa in the country and a major spot for spiritual stuff.
After that, head over to the old Kathmandu Durbar Square – it’s really famous for its ancient palaces, temples, and the traditional way the buildings are designed. You can spend some time exploring the area and learning about its history. To wrap up the day, go to Swayambhunath Stupa, which a lot of people call the Monkey Temple. From there, you can see the whole Kathmandu Valley, and the views are amazing.

Today is the third day of our journey, and we’re going to fly to Pokhara, a beautiful city in the Himalayas that’s 822 meters above sea level.
After you’ve had your breakfast, you’ll head to the airport to catch a short flight to Pokhara. If the weather is good, you’ll get to see some amazing views of the Himalayas from the air – think Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, and Machhapuchhre, all looking incredible. The scenery on this flight is really something special, so be sure to have your camera ready to capture the stunning vistas.
When you get to Pokhara, you’ll head to your fancy resort by the lake. This place is really calm and pretty, with a huge lake and amazing mountains all around.
Take some time to unwind in the afternoon with a leisurely boat ride on Phewa Lake. You can also stop by Tal Barahi Temple, which is situated on a tiny island right in the middle of the lake. As the evening rolls around, find a spot by the lakeside and just relax – it’s a great way to soak up the atmosphere and enjoy the scenery.

Head to Punakha Dzong, which is thought to be the most beautiful fortress monastery in all of Bhutan – it’s definitely a must-see. After that, take a short hike to Chimi Lhakhang, a really interesting temple that’s also known as the Fertility Temple, and enjoy the scenic views along the way.

Tiger’s Nest Monastery is really something special – it’s perched on the side of a cliff, 3,120 meters up, and it’s Bhutan’s most famous landmark. Lots of people make the pilgrimage to this sacred site. To get there, you have to hike through beautiful pine forests, and along the way, you’ll see lots of prayer flags waving in the wind. The views of the valley are just incredible – it’s a really breathtaking sight.
After you’ve finished checking out the monastery, head back down the hill and go back to your hotel to unwind.
