Itineraries
Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1310m)
Day 2: A Full Day Sightseeing in Kathmandu Valley and Pre-Departure Preparation
Day 3: Fly to Lukla (2800m) and trek to Phakding (2650m); 35 minutes flight & 3-4 hours trek
Day 4: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3440m); 5-6 hours
Day 5: Rest Day in Namche Bazaar for acclimatization
Day 6: Trek from Namche Bazaar to Tyangboche (3870m) 5-6 hours
Day 7: Trek from Tyangboche to Pheriche (4200m) 4-5 hours
Day 8: Trek from Pheriche to Lobuche (4930m) 5-6 hours
Day 9: Trek from Lobuche to Everest Base Camp (5364m) and trek back to Gorak Shep (5170m); 6-7 hours
Day 10: Hike to Kalapattar (5545m) from Gorakh Shep and back to Lohuche (4930m); 7-8 hours
Day 11: Trek from Lobuche to Kongma La (5535m) to Chhukung (4730m); 6-7 hours
Day 12: Trek from Chhukung to Island Peak Base Camp (5200m); 3-4 hours
Day 13: Acclimatization and Pre-Climbing Training on Island Base Camp
Day 14: Climb from Island Peak Base Camp to Island Peak Summit ((6189m/20305ft) and back to Base Camp. 10-12 hours
Day 15: Trek from Island Peak Base Camp to Pangboche (2985m); 5-6 hours
Day 16: Trek from Pangboche to Namche Bazaar (3400m); 4-5 hours
Day 17: Trek from Namche Bazaar to Lukla (2800m); 6-7 hours
Day 18: Fly back to Kathmandu
Day 19: Transfer to the airport for final departure.
